Add a Plus to your summer at Duke! Check out our summer research opportunities for Data+, Code+ and CS+!

Data+, Code+, and CS+ are 10-week summer research experiences that welcome undergraduates interested in exploring new data-driven approaches to interdisciplinary challenges. Students join small project teams, collaborating with other teams in a communal environment.

Data+ participants learn how to marshal, analyze, and visualize data, while gaining broad exposure to the modern world of data science. Data+ alumni will also be there to share their experiences with the program. We hope to see you there!

Code+ participants get hands-on experience with professional IT staff and work closely with Duke faculty from computer science, engineering and other domains. Code+ students learn the latest leading-edge innovative technology and tools in Mobile App Development, Machine Learning, Information Integration, Natural Language Processing, User Experience Design, and Front-end and back-end Web App Development.

The CS+ summer program features projects ranging from privacy, machine learning, automated functions, and data analytics.

Almost 50 different interdisciplinary summer projects in computing, data science, and app development are open for applications this summer. Stop by and check them out!

2020 Dates: May 26 - July 31. $5,000 living stipend
