The North Carolina Biotechnology Center (NC Biotech) and the Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (WSGR) are partnering to present the WSGR Healthcare Investment Pop-Up on Thursday, June 14. They will also hold a free bootcamp for entrepreneurs on Wednesday, June 13.
During the Investment Pop-Up, early stage biotech companies and entrepreneurs located in North Carolina and focused on developing pharmaceutics will have the opportunity to privately pitch their ideas for investments in a 30-minute meeting. Participating investors will individually review company submissions and select with whom they would like to meet.
Submissions are due Monday, May 14 by 11:59 P.M. Interested parties must submit their company information using the registration form provided by WSGR and email an executive summary and non-confidential presentation deck. Companies will be notified whether or not they are selected to participate by June 4.
NC Biotech is a private, non-profit organization tasked with building a robust life science industry and has invested more than $37 million in 200 companies. WSGR is the premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences and grown enterprises worldwide.
