Request for Abstracts: Engineering Vaccines Symposium on November 15, 2017

MEDx is sponsoring the 1st Annual Engineering Vaccines Symposium on November 15, 2017 from 3:00-7:00pm.  We are currently accepting abstract submissions from all Graduate (PhD and MD-PhD) Students and Postdocs for the symposium, which will be held in the Great Hall of the Trent Semans Center.  Poster Abstracts/Presentations from previous meetings are acceptable. Submitted abstracts should reflect research you want to share to create new collaborations with other researchers at Duke to develop new ideas for vaccine research. First place poster winners will receive a $100 gift Visa card; second and third place winners will receive a $50 Visa gift card. Special guest speakers include Dean of the Duke School of Medicine, Dr. Mary Klotman, and the Director of the Human Vaccine Institute, Dr. Barton Haynes.
